Who we are

Art de la Ltd (company number 17357378), registered in England and Wales. Write to [email protected]. Not VAT-registered.

Prices

Prices are all-in, in pounds sterling: A5 £12 · A4 £18 · A3 £26 · A2 £38 · A1 £56. UK delivery is inside the number. A hardened envelope through A3. A2 and A1 are rolled in a tube, so the sheet does not crease. 48h tracked Royal Mail is included in the price. Hanging strips are included. Optional personalisation is +£9. Nothing is added at checkout.

Delivery

Order by noon (UK, weekdays) for same-day shipping. Tracked. Status by email, and in your account if you create one.

We ship to the United Kingdom only at checkout. For anywhere else, write to the studio.

Proof first — then the next weekday noon cutoff.

Cancellation

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you may cancel an unpersonalised order within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Tell us by email to [email protected] with your order reference (a model form is below — you do not have to use it).

You pay return postage unless the piece arrived damaged or not as described. The piece must come back unused, unframed, and in a fit state to sell again.

Personalised goods are exempt from the 14-day right to cancel once you have approved the proof. You may still cancel before you approve it.

Contract

The contract is made when we accept your order — usually when payment clears. We may refuse or refund an order if a work cannot be printed honestly.
