Unpersonalised pieces can come back within 14 days of delivery. Write to [email protected].

Changed your mind

You pay return postage unless the piece arrived damaged or not as described. Send it unused, unframed, in a fit state to sell again. Write to [email protected] and the studio will send the return address.

Damaged or wrong

A photo and your order reference is enough. We replace or refund — no argument. We cover the return.

Personalised

Once you approve the proof, the 14-day right to cancel does not apply. You can still cancel before you approve it. A print error on our side is still on us. The model cancellation form is in the terms. When a piece leaves is on Shipping.
