- What is a woaaow piece?
- Every woaaow piece is one artwork made as a different object. It is designed, owned and printed in-house in the United Kingdom, printed with high-fidelity, UV-resistant and water-resistant archival inks so it is made to last.
- What materials can I order a piece in?
- The same work is offered across several materials: 220gsm satin poster paper, expanded PVC, clear and mirrored acrylic, and brushed silver, gold and copper aluminium. Rigid boards and metals are mount-ready — they hang raw, straight on the wall, with no frame required.
- What sizes are available?
- Posters run A4, A3, A2 and A1, plus 50×70cm and 70×100cm on most pieces. Prices shown are the from-price at A4; each scales with size at checkout.
- How much does a piece cost?
- Every piece starts from £28 as a satin-paper poster. Material upgrades (expanded PVC, acrylic, brushed aluminium) scale the price up from there, to about £95 at the top of the range.
- Are the works limited editions?
- Each work is an open edition — editioned, hallmarked, signed and human-proofed before it ships. Every genuine piece is struck with its own seal: a maker's mark and a forensic hallmark carried only by the authentic work.
- Can I personalise a piece or commission a one-of-one?
- Yes. You can add a name, a date or a dedication for +£9 — proofed by email before anything is printed, with a response usually within two working days. You can also commission a one-of-one or ask about framing, a larger format or a bulk order by writing to [email protected].
- How long until my order ships?
- Posters ship within 5–7 days, hand-finished in the UK and tracked worldwide.
- Do you ship worldwide, and what does shipping cost?
- Yes — every order is shipped worldwide and tracked. UK shipping is free on orders over £80. TODO: confirm — international shipping costs and delivery times.
- What is your returns policy?

- How do you handle my data?
- We keep only what an order needs — your email and shipping address to ship, and order details for VAT, returns and refunds. Nothing is shared with third parties for advertising; Stripe handles payment (we never see your card), Resend sends transactional email, and Cloudflare delivers the site with no-cookie, no-fingerprint analytics.
