- What is a woaaow piece?
- Works of art. Hallmarked editions. Studio and invited makers. Every piece is on 200gsm satin art paper, made in the UK. Every studio print is hallmarked, and printed again while it is wanted. A one-of-one is printed once.
- What is a piece printed on?
- Every work is printed on 200gsm satin art paper — rich colour, low glare, heavy enough to hang unframed. It fits any off-the-shelf frame in its A-size, without trimming.
- What sizes are available?
- Every work is offered in five sizes: A5, A4, A3, A2 and A1. One price per size.
- How much does a piece cost?
- £12 at A5, £18 at A4, £26 at A3, £38 at A2 and £56 at A1. All-in — 48h tracked Royal Mail is inside the number. A hardened envelope through A3. A2 and A1 are rolled in a tube, so the sheet does not crease. 48h tracked Royal Mail is included in the price.
- Are the works limited editions?
- Every studio print is hallmarked, and printed again while it is wanted. A one-of-one is printed once.
- Can I personalise a piece or commission a one-of-one?
- Yes — add a name, a date, or a dedication for +£9. Proof first — then the next weekday noon cutoff. For a true one-of-one, write to [email protected].
- Do I need a frame?
- A standard A-size print fits any off-the-shelf frame without trimming. For a framed or mounted piece, write to [email protected].
- How long until my order ships?
- Order by noon (UK, weekdays) for same-day shipping. Tracked. Status by email, and in your account if you create one. Proof first — then the next weekday noon cutoff.
- Where do you ship, and what does shipping cost?
- UK only at checkout. Free shipping — 48h tracked Royal Mail is included. A hardened envelope through A3. - What is your returns policy?
- Unpersonalised pieces can be cancelled and returned within 14 days of delivery. You pay return postage unless the piece arrived damaged or wrong. Personalised goods are exempt once you approve the proof. The full note is on Returns.
- How do I care for a piece?
- The archival inks are UV-resistant and water-resistant, but every artwork lives longest out of prolonged direct sunlight and away from humidity — treat it as you would any print you intend to keep. Dust with a dry, soft cloth; never solvents or sprays. If it has been rolled a while, lay it flat under a few books overnight and it will settle.
- How do you handle my data?
- Art de la Ltd is the controller. We keep only what an order or account needs. Nothing is shared for advertising. Stripe takes payment, Resend sends mail, Cloudflare hosts the site. UK GDPR applies — email [email protected]. The ICO is at ico.org.uk. The full note is on Privacy.
- Can I make a piece my own?
- Yes. A name, a date, or a dedication is £9, and you see a proof before anything prints. Proof first — then the next weekday noon cutoff. A one-of-one, from your own direction, is printed once — write to [email protected].
- Who is Cassandre?
- Cassandre is the studio's voice. Speak to him in the chat, or ask him to place a piece on your wall at its true size. He is not a person on the team. The pictures of the editions are @cassandre.quesvoistu.
- Do you show other artists?
- The studio's own work hangs now. Other makers will hang beside it, with their prints and their story. None are public on this page yet.
- Do you show the work in London?
- A gallery room in London waits until the house can carry one: a few more artists, a month that clears four figures, and the quarter's checklist done. Until then the house is this site.
