Profiles Beside the Lions
A roundel split by a cross frames an initial of blue lions, the letters A and LA set inside the circle. Two profile portraits occupy the upper side panels, one holding a book, and town views fill the lower ones. Anno Domini is written along the bottom of the inner circle.
