Three blue lions fill a gold and blue initial inside a ring of flowers, leaves, and interlaced bands. The letters of ANGLIA are split around the initial, with profile silhouettes above and houses and shields in the lower compartments. Anno Domini is lettered beneath the lions on the parchment.
