Seychelles Granite Shore
A giant tortoise ambles across the pale sand of a Seychelles beach, the sculpted pink-granite boulders of the Inner Islands rising from turquoise shallows behind it. A linen cloth catches the breeze on a weathered driftwood log, the palette all dusty rose, sea-glass green and soft coral in the muted, dreamlike manner of a fine vintage travel poster. Still, warm and far from anywhere. A serene slice of the Indian Ocean for a study, a bathroom, or any room that wants to slow right down.
